If it is already difficult to have good communication in small groups, how do you communicate and engage 11 thousand employees? Jô Ribes Comunicação had the pleasure of developing the entire strategy for the new editorial project of Revista Construir, Leroy Merlin's internal communication vehicle. From graphic design to content, and the creation and training of communication representatives who would make the information flow with ease from the inside to the outside of each store. The objective was more than just communicating, but to facilitate the interaction between teams. The second step was the development of an app, making communication more dynamic through multiple platforms. The feeling of “proud to belong” was even stronger.
